Establishment Department
Provide efficient and effective service to employees and staff in a confidential atmosphere. Promote training, concerning rules, regulations, policies, and procedures , employees compensation, and general job duties in order to alleviate the potential for litigation.
Registrar, who is also the Controller of Examination, heads it. It works through the following staff:
- Registrar
- Deputy Registrar
- Assistant Registrar (Establishment)
- Assistant Registrar (Evaluation Cell)
- Assistant Registrar (Student Affairs)
What the Establishment Section Does?
The Establishment section serves under the direction and control of the Vice Chancellor, and advises the Vice Chancellor on the administrative responsibilities of the university. The duties and responsibilities of the Establishment Section are as follows:
- Administers the daily operations of all departments of the university, which are under the Vice Chancellor direction.
- Provides administrative support for all Departments in the SBK women's suniversity.Supervises and evaluates Departments performance.
- Provides assistance, responds to employee general complaints, and promotes positive relations.
- At direction of the Registrar, coordinates with Department and Division Heads and different committee Members.
- Provides assistance, responds to employee & general complaints, and promotes positive relations.
- Performs complex professional, technical, and administrative tasks relating to the administration of the university departments.
- Represents the university and provides information to the public, private organizations Performs general administrative duties such as devising goals and revising reports.
