Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University endeavors to provide the women of Balochistan and rest of Pakistan with an excellent standard of education and with the best skills regardless of creed, to impact class or age. It aspires to impact education that not only develops the minds of its females but also makes them social responsible citizen.
To impart quality education in the field of Botany to empowering our students to confidently face the job market. To foster an environmental friendly nature amongst the females and to conserve our natural resources. To equip the females to be independent and for self-employment.

1: Lack of funds.

2: Faculty recruitment at Assistant, Associate and Professor level for initiating further programs.

Opportunities:

 1: Benefits for faculty members and local managers for further training and specialization – Internationality and globalization as an opportunity.

2:  Only Women university to offer Business studies and incubation center only for females keeping the culture aspect in mind.

GOALS AND OBJECTIVES FOLLOWED WITH STRATEGIES:

1: HEC as hindrance to the changes in offering BS at college level, resulted in decreased admissions.

2: Economic fluctuations can affect job opportunities – Rapid changes in business and technology require continuous training

GOAL 1: GETTING ACCREDITATIONS FOR PROGRAMS OF BUSINESS SCHOOL
  • Meeting the criteria requirements and getting the business school accredited by NBBEAC.
GOAL 2: DEVELOPING STRONG INDUSTRY AND ACADEMIC LINKAGE
  • Strengthen Management Research Project, so that industry starts relying on our consultative solutions and start recommending to other organizations.
  • Become a competitive consultative business school for providing solutions to industry related problems.
  • Sign MOU’s with maximum national and international companies and universities.
  • Connecting students with career counseling office of SBKWU for developing direct relations with industry.
  • The internship program will be strengthened  with two primary purposes; i) to offer our students an easy access to practical work/ internship opportunities in the organizations, ii) to develop trustworthy relation with organizations for future endeavors.

GOAL 3: DEVELOPING FACILITIES FOR BUSINESS AND BRING IN INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS

  • Incubation center.
  • Business labs, simulations and business softwares.

  • Critically evaluate all programs and delivery methods to consider innovation opportunities that increase effectiveness while maintaining cost efficiency and consistency with our core values.
  • Enhance the student experience through interdisciplinary educational opportunities.
  • Take full advantage of instructional technology resources to strengthen delivery of educational programs.
  • Making practice oriented curriculum with more of case studies,practical assignments, applicable activities, and real time projects
